Based in the UK, Jarvis Brown was created in late 2022 by Ben Jarvis, Tom Jarvis, and Luke Brown. All holding impressive tenures and reputations within the recruitment industry, they wanted to build a recruitment agency with a personalised touch. The recruitment industry has shifted the past few years, and clients want true partnerships: with consultative inputs and an enjoyable experience at its core! Ben Jarvis

Director

Ben is one of the Co-Founders and Director of Jarvis Brown. With 6 years of recruitment experience, Ben has worked both agency roles as well as in-house for well-known, household names such as: Amazon, Leaders Roman, and Manhattan Associates. His breadth of experience and opportunity to embed himself within organisations means that he knows exactly what it’s like to work with an agency on “the other side”.

Luke Brown

Director

Luke is one of the Co-Founders and Director of Jarvis Brown. With 5 years of recruitment experience, Luke has successfully held agency and in-house roles, working with household names such as Sky and Access. He’s delivered a number of large recruitment projects, as well as being heavily involved in Talent Acquisition from Graduate to Executive level. Luke is passionate about training and development, with a particular love for mentoring junior recruiters and seeing them flourish.

Tom Jarvis

Director

Tom Jarvis is one of the Co-Founders and Director’s of Jarvis Brown. His recruitment career to date has been focused on delivery, taking a consultative approach in how he builds and grows his candidate network. He’s worked with household brands such as The Premier League and Schroders, and is well-versed in providing a high-quality, premium service for his clients. When he’s not recruiting, Tom is a big fan of Quentin Tarantino, an avid reader, and a lover of Jimi Hendrix.

Giving Back

We give a percentage of our profits each year to a nominated charity chosen by our clients at our annual Jarvis Brown event. Each client picks a charity, and we then do a random selection at the event and make our donation (which is revealed at the end of each year).

Sustainability

We are proud to be a paper-lite business, and pledge to be completely paper free by 2024.
