Sales Lead


Permanent / £40,000

You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries into the business for events and workplace. This role is key to converting enquiries and supporting the wider team. You will be confident in client engagement, organised and driven to win opportunities coming our way. This role will also be proactive in engaging in previous clients when not dealing with inbound.

Snapshot of Roles and Responsibilities:
• The first point of contact for all inbound enquiries.
• Ensure all inbound enquiries dealt with promptly.
• Collate key client details to process enquiries in preparation for handover to planning
and workplace team.
• Liaise with and keep planning team and senior event staff appraised on inbound leads.
• Keep sales records updated and manage data input from inbound leads and existing
• Maintain contact with existing clients, following up routinely to ensure they are kept
informed on company updates and to keep updated on their plans for future events.
• To be proactive and reactive to new sales enquiries.
• To have a clear understanding of the monthly sales targets.
• Aware of all spend budgets when liaising with clients.
• Support management with benchmarking competitors and understand where the client sits
within the competition.
• Support wider sales team with reporting.
