Our client is the go-to London caterer for events and contract catering in London. Their experienced team of Event Planners and Workplace Partners work with some of London’s most prestigious venues and event clients and caters for top global brands. Our client holds a number of long-standing corporate catering contracts with offices in London.

They have two neighbourhood cafes which are the go-to venue for intimate, exclusive and exciting events. From micro weddings to supper club and brand collaborations the sites are the brilliant, affordable South London venues with huge potential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Convert incoming enquiries and leads.
• Log all enquiries and strategically follow up on all incoming enquiries to maximise the conversion.
• Execute an effective sales strategy to identify and onboard new clients.
• Develop network within client group and beyond.
• Seek opportunities to develop the client base and cross over with event and private clients.
• Work with the marketing department to constantly maintain and update the database.
• Work with the marketing department to maximise all sales enquiries and effective SEO opportunities.

Contract & Lunch Client Care
• Visit contracts on a regular basis and client care all accounts consistently.
• Facilitate monthly meetings with the contract client to gain feedback on services.
• Facilitate transport, logistics, staffing, uniform and equipment logistics.
• Build strong relationships with clients ensuring a personal touch is maintained.
• Support with seasonal menu changes and bespoke menus when required.
