Our contingent model is what we call our “pay on success” solution. This involves us going to market on an exclusive basis to find you exceptional talent. We will reach out to active and passive talent, representing your brand in the market and running the whole recruitment process for you from start to finish. Once the candidate has been placed – the fee will be generated.

Retained

Our retained model is our most popular model at Jarvis Brown. A traditional retainer, we use this for niche or hard to fill roles, or when our clients want us to conduct a search for a confidential role. We will long-list and short-list suitable candidates based on a bespoke brief and criteria we pre-agree. Then, we will manage the whole recruitment process: from interviewing, to placement, to aftercare.

RPO

Our RPO model is ideal for clients who want the benefits of an in-house recruiter without the permanent commitment of needing one. Whether it’s a 6-month hiring drive or building out a small team, an RPO can be a great way to have an embedded recruitment partner and outsource the whole process. You can be as hands on or as hands off as you’d like – it’s completely up to you. We also offer a “freeze” month every year for clients who want to pause their hiring and their billing cycle for whatever reason. It could be a pause in hiring, or – it could simply be to realign budgets. We understand that businesses have periods of lower hiring needs, which is why our RPO model still guarantees flexibility for those who require it.
